We've been noticing that y'all like to complicate things out here in the west. We're not real into all those fancy salads and such that you folks seem to find fun. We're just into to good 'ol eats that fill our bellies and make us smile. That feller’ Mr. Atkins must have taken a trip to Texas at some point or another because he was on to something.

You'll find that we like things nice and simple so we can spends our time eatin' rather than thinking 'bout eatin'. The best way to enjoy our smoked proteins is to buy them by the pound. We also gots a great selection of fixin's that make our meats all the better. Make certain you get a cool glass of lemonade or frosty suds when you come in. Or if you've been around for awhile, grab an old-style soda pop in a bottle to wash the goodness down.
